COVID-19 – managing the strategy and implementing a special project in response to the COVID19 medical crisis in Romania

• Centralizing the equipment and apparatus needs of each public hospital in Romania by mobilizing a team of 16 volunteers and documenting the needs of over 200 state hospitals for patients, in terms of special protective equipment, hygiene tools, medical equipment. Connect to hospitals nationwide to update the volume of equipment needed in real time.

• Connecting local NGOs and hospitals to facilitate donations in the COVID crisis 19.

• Coordinating the fundraising campaigns of the NGO and donating protective equipment for 4 local hospitals in Romania
